All purchases on formal wear are FINAL SALE
We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. We get many new styles a week and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!
The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
Items sent back for store credit MUST have tags still attached, not be worn, and the return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of items.
All items will be inspected before store credit is allowed. We reserve the right to deny a store credit if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged, have dog hair, makeup, perfume, or any other markings/stains. They will be returned to sender at customers expense.
All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags + Belts.
Garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or laundering are not considered faulty.
Garments that have been altered or garments that have any attempt at repair made by the customer or registered alteration specialist will be refused.
Sale items can not be returned for store credit, they are FINAL SALE.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
