Shipping policy

Orders generally take 1 to 3 days for processing before they are shipped. 

All orders placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday, as our shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

White Oak & Rooted Boutique are not responsible for lost and stolen packages. 

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
